Our in-house sourdough loaves are crafted with 100% French whole wheat flour, undergoing an overnight proofing and extensive fermentation process. From its enticing flavours and invigorating aromas to its distinctive textures, our sourdough boasts a naturally leavened profile, resulting in a delightful tangy taste and a pleasantly chewy texture.

*Pre-order basis. Order is to be made at least one day in advance before 8PM. Self pick up is available on the following day starting from 3PM onwards, at our Upper East Coast store only. Please indicate date of expected arrival of order in the form at checkout!
